PositiveMy mother lives at Sunscape Of Boca for about six months now. As a nurse, I never thought that there was actually ALF that were as good as this one for a long time I didn’t want my mom to go into a facility, but then we found this one and I am very happy as well as my mom is very happy. Our favorite employee of that facility is Lisa. She’s the social director she has gone above and beyond and out of her way to help my mother and is always very accommodating with every need that we have. Just can’t say enough about …

It's a 2 bedroom memory care for both parents. there is hardly any reception for cell phones and when trying to reach the front desk of MC it's a catch or miss situation. I know they're quite busy but it would be nice to reach someone so I may be able to speak with my Parents. CriticalSUNSCAPE is the WORST of the WORST ! The ED is terrible ! Facility MISMANAGED - POOR STAFF ! POOR EVERYTHING. THE STATE AHCA just issused a scathing report on Sunscape. MANY MANY laws broken by Sunscape... Read the recent AHCA report. TERRIBLE..... The FOOD is GOOD.... Thats about it. Do NOT put ur loved one @ Sunscape..... RUN FROM SUNSCAPE !!!!

Weekend staff is a drop off. The facility is very clean and bright. The food is not bad, just a little bland. They really try with the activities, but the population is small so it is harder to match people vs a larger facility.
