The sales people only tell you part if the story. They want to fill the room. Ask questions and more questions. This is true for all of the places we looked at, for my Mom. Example, they tell you they have a van to take your family member to places within a 10-12 mile radius of the facility. Things like medical appts. However, what they don't tell you, until you need to use the van is that it only runs to 3:00 p.m. Monday -Friday. Also, if your family member is in a wheelchair, a family member must be with them. PositiveOutstanding facility
[name removed] was fantastic he really sold us on the Veranda Club, and rightfully so he made the process seamless. and [name removed] was absolutely fantastic. Her warm and outgoing personality really sold us also and the fact is the entire and I mean entire staff is really terrific, they are kind and empathetic and cheerful and always want to please the residence, you must really treat them well because they are happy employees and it is very evident. My mother-in-law is very very happy there.
