My husband is at Sunset Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. The staff members are very friendly, and they care for the residents there. I think they're lacking in communication, and it's been difficult because of the holidays too. My husband says the food is excellent, and they look very good. His room is quite small. He has a roommate in the room he's in. I'm assuming he's sharing a bathroom with two other people who are on the other side. My husband was done with the Medicare part, but we …

Understaffed, dirty, dogs in a shelter get treated better. Clients are left to sleep in their urine for hours. They are given baby blankets to sleep with and sometimes no blankets. They have so many state violations that are not corrected. If you have a family member in one of their facilities get them out!!!!

Very very short handed and Uneducated staff. It’s dirty smelly and your family is not getting proper care.This place has almost got shut down multiple times!The night shift has no one it’s a big joke!Someone has to do something.They love not letting people in because of covid then you can’t see what’s going on or ask questions.There are barely any activities because there is no one to get them out of bed to take them to them.
