My wife was in rehap recovering from a lung infection. She was on a high flow machine. At 2:00am she was checked, oxygen was 90. A 6:00 am she was found unconscious with an oxygen of 50. Rushed to the hospital never recovered died two days late of respiratory failure. No exterior monitors one attendant on duty. This has a poor rating, look it up. This facility was not my choice, Banner-Boswell sent her there.

Liv, yes Liv is a coordinator that has gone the extra steps and miles to do everything he agreed to do and by far has exceeded his expectations. He has been head and shoulders above the rest making Sunview Rehab a very habitable place for me to stay and rehab myself with professional help

Rooms are interactive, I listened all night to the room across the halls tv. No interaction with staff. Staff appears to run the facility, I have watched them walk past a room looking for help NUMEROUS times and never stopping. Excuses are they have others to tend to, but I find no excuse to let someone sit in their own dirt while the staff took care of trays. Three hours tonight waiting for response to a pain pill with NO personal response from the nurse Rhonda. Lots of excuses, patients left on floor due to lack …

My father came for therapy at a very cognitive level and left at the other end of the spectrum. His initial evaluation level was 4 the highest rating given and 1 month later he is discharged at a level 2. The care is horrible, no one comes for the call light. Luckily I am here daily after work and can do everything for my dad. No one follows up or returns phone calls not even the doctor. In my father's now non-cognitive state they would drop off food and leave, pick it up later and tell me he did not eat. They…

Horrible conditions! Room is size of a closet. Bed was pushed again a window so my dad got a draft all night Food was awful! After 6 days, no rehab of any kind. Left in his bed 24/7! The staff on the floor were very nice but they are working in BAD conditions!!!!!!!
