I visited this facility

We toured Supportive Living of Washington, but I didn't like that one. When you walk in the door, it was just too busy. There's too much stuff in there that it kind of seemed cluttered. I have a big family and there's nowhere to go and sit comfortably to visit outside the room. I looked at the rooms. They were clean, but they seemed like they need to be updated. Kudos to WSL!

Supportive Living of Washington is a nice community, but the seniors would like to visit the shops on the square. Our loved one would like to get transportation to and from church on Sunday's and also to the 5 Points Fitness Center. Based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend this community to other families.

I visited this facility

My tour at Supportive Living of Washington was good, but they have a waiting list at the moment. The people looked very happy. All the areas were very clean. I was quite impressed. I liked the bathroom situation, the fact that it was not a tub with a shower, it was an actual shower. You could walk in and not have to worry about tripping, which is important to us old people. They have a beauty salon. They showed the mailboxes and the outgoing mail slot, and that's important to communicate with people. They had …

I toured this facility and it was good. It was clean and the staff was friendly. They were great about answering all of our questions. Our loved one had dementia, so we were looking for something a little more secure. For that reason, it wasn't the best fit for us. Otherwise, I would recommend touring the facility as an option.

This was an older building and not as clean as we anticipated. The tour guide didn't know the answers to our questions.

We toured Supportive Living of Washington. We weren't too impressed at first because when we got there, they didn't even know we were supposed to be there and there was nobody to give us a tour. We had to wait for a while for somebody to get there to give us a tour. They said they didn't know anything about us being there. The place was smaller and not as bright and cheery as the other one. They have like a mini-fridge and a microwave in the room. They have like a patio out back with chairs and table…
