PositiveOur family was able to do a virtual tour and we had a really good experience. The communication was good and the staff we met with were friendly and this was a close second choice.

CriticalWe chose this community based on the cost factor, but it turned out that the quality was less than expected. There was too much socializing between the employees rather than caring for the residents. The care level was below average. The level of cleanliness needed improvement. The floors were always dirty and the same debris would be on them for days. The hands on care was minimal. If family were there, the staff expected us to care for the residents.
