CriticalWent to take a tour of this place, and I was disgusted! This place shouldn't even been in operation. The living conditions are unacceptable. We decided not to let our loved one stay here. We also noticed this place had very limited staffing. Staff members looked extremely tired and worn out. In a facility such as one, proper staffing is imperative.
