The Tahoe director was very thorough during preplacement discussions so that client (my husband) and staff were well suited. The staff was very attentive and interacted well with my husband. Their attention to detailed medication needs and personal hygiene and comfort care were exceptional. PositiveThey are professional friendly organized. Very warm and caring. It's a very comfortable setting for my mom. She feels like she is at home. The backyard and social environment is perfect. Anytime mom is needing something, feeling sick or cough, or just anything a miss the family gets a call. The meals are cooked with love and client likes in mind . Yes alternative meals made if necessary or resident isn't feeling that that day. 3 full meals and snacks. Meals properly proportionate to resident.

I think they do a good job. They keep it very nice and clean. Mom's room is always very tidy. The only thing I have qualms about is the last time I went to see her, her hair hadn't been washed. But she seems to be doing okay overall. At first, the owner would called me about medical issues and expect me to set everything up. I was having to take lab kits over there and get them back to a lab. But finally the owner was able to start calling the doctor herself since she knows more what's going on with Mom. The two gi…
