Tapestry Senior Living Springboro has all the amenities a home would provide. The only exception is that we are living in a community as opposed to a private home, but everything else is comparable to a private home. You have your own apartment, and you have a dining room. You eat when you're available to eat, and they have everything else that you need for your convenience. They have a library and all kinds of activities that you can keep yourself busy. Ask Fran to call you back or try to talk to her is impossible! Nurse Practitioner will not call family members back, no Dr on staff! Name on paper he is, but does not see residents!

The Tapestry Senior Living facility itself is very nice. Applying to live there can be a nightmare. Management names and contact information do not appear on their websites, which raises reasonable questions about how available and accountable they are to residents’ family members. So if you find Tapestry Senior Living attractive on the surface, look into it more deeply before you commit to it.

I am deeply grateful to Tapestry Assisted Living in Springboro Ohio for their compassionate care and dedication. From the time we first arrived and were met by Frannita P, who went out of her way to help and welcome my son, to the present, we have found Tapestry to be a place that works hard to individualize resident’s care. Our families experience

Tapestry has been wonderful!! We are so glad we moved her there! Really only good things to say about them. I would rate all categories as a 5! Everyone has been super friendly and nice. The place is always clean. My mom says it is the only place she has lived that feels like home! We would recommend Tapestry to everyone.

Overall experience is good. They do have some issues with staffing sometimes and the aids from the agencies aren't the best. My mom doesn't like the food very much but what she does eat she seems to like. She wishes they would bring her meals to her with no charge. She has problems with her ears when she goes to the dining room. She doesn't participate in activities. The rent has been raised several times in the 2 years she's been there. I do believe it's a good facility but I feel there could be some small changes…
