Overall the service is good quality. The staff is fairly friendly and helpful. The meals are adequate. Sometimes care between shifts could have better continuity. Maintenance issues have been addressed fairly promptly. There are various social activities listed on a calendar that's kept in the room. Examples of these activities are bingo, happy hour, movies, and others. One problem we have experienced is that though there is a shuttle to the hospital, it is only available until 5PM.
