I am giving four stars only because they're short staffed especially on the weekends. The staff is phenomenal. The explanation of the first months rent wasn't real clear. It seemed high, but I just accepted their explanation. Because I trust them. Food service is top-notch. Several times I've had to take out my mom's garbage and straighten up her room only because they do it once a week and like I said they're short staffed. the rest of the facility appears very clean and very warm and inviting. I do not regret one…

Residents nursing care is really great - fantastic job and residents feel safe and comfortable Food-common feedback is that food is bland- which I understand some residents cant have salt - but for those that do - make it available. What about the opportunity to serve breakfast for dinner sometimes? Communication - communication improvements are needed and being addressed. Facilities and activities are great - very comfortable environment.
