Great place for Mom

My mom has lived at Teal Creek since February. I have nothing but praise for the staff. They have been very attentive to her and her needs. Example- When she wasnt eating, they discovered she would eat if it was finger foods. Mom is now served finger foods and she's eating much better. Mom is very happy, and I see her smiling a lot. Our experience so far

I only gave a 3 because of the new management and how they came in. The transition was not very good and there was not a lot of communication to the families, they also fired all of the previous staff that we loved. There are times I try to call and no one answers the call. When someone is at the front desk, they have been very helpful with updating me and letting me know how she is doing. I have eaten here and the food is pretty good. I would recommend them, but they are still trying to adjust to the new managemen…

Teal Creek just changed management companies and I'm still waiting to see if I would recommend the community. The level of care has changed drastically on the lower side. The food has been fine for my loved one.

A caring place for your loved ones!

They were great over there, the directors and nurses were just so caring. Our loved one had Alzheimer's so she really enjoyed the arts and crafts activities.

Very Dysfunctional place and horrible care to the resident.. would not recommend this facility but a beautiful building that’s it.

First off all I would like to say that [name removed] the chef is a very knowledgeable person when it comes to food the meal here for the residents looks great and taste great. every time I come in I see [name removed] greeting residents and asking them how they are and how was there meal I’ve been in this field along time and you just do see chefs doing this type of Customer service to these residents so I must say this is the best area in this facility hands down and I work the government and when I come to visit…
