Difficult choice made easy

The room size is larger than most in memory care. Nothing particularly special about it. The staff has been very responsive and kind in spite of the fact the mom in particular is aggressive and rude. We can't speak to the activities because mom and dad won't participate, but we know they have them and the other residents seem happy.

Appreciate all the support and genuine comments has on work ethics. [name removed]. wouldn't not want to be working here without you also creative hand safety masks as this virus is here to stay and looking after everyone's safeness amen. Tech Ridge Oaks Assisted Living and Memory Care

What the community could improve on would be the communication with family, the training of their staff. Some of the administrators are just non-professional. Maybe due to turnover. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. In fact, I tell just the opposite.

Review for Tech Ridge Oaks Assisted Living and Memory Care

The staff is great. The activities are great. Mom is good with the food. The size of the apartment is good - great for one resident, but tight for a couple. I would absolutely recommend it to others, the single price point is a great stress reliever.

A families experience.

Personally, I would rate all questions a "3" out of 5. Might be ok for non assistance needs, but not level of care for a stroke victim which they said they were equipped to help. The staff changed several times in the e months he was there. Care givers tried, but language was somewhat of an issue. Wait times for help were not good.

Friendly Staff

All the care givers are very good. It took a while to fill the open position of Memory Care Activities Coordinator but now they have a great person in the position. Food is good including afternoon snacks. Once a month they bring in musical entertainment for a Family Night dinner. My wife is content there.
