The facility is always super clean. Staff is great for the most part. There does seem to be a lack of communication when trying to do check in on resident.

My mother moved to TerraBella Asheboro's memory care. I love the way that the workers and everybody there are like family, at least on the first shift. They are clean, too. They just started a good activity program because they didn't have an activity director, but they have some games that they play, plant flowers, paint, and take the residents out for ice cream or popcorn sometimes. I also think the food is great.

It's a terrible experience to watch somebody go through, so I seriously doubt there are many places that could do any better than Terrabella. It helped tremendously when Hospice became involved. The memory care unit is a hard place. It's hard for staff and for the residence and I think the Terrabella staff did as well as they could with a really hard situation.

Very clean, friendly staff. My brother liked TerraBella a lot but because of his mental issues they were not able to help where needed - long story, but, he has since passed but would have liked to stay there if he could have afforded his private room

Overall experience - this is difficult to answer because simply placing a wife of 61 years in memory care is inherently a very difficult experience for everyone. I think they did as well as anyone could to make it as easy as possible. The community is very clean. They sometimes allow routine health issues to get out of hand before they can begin administering medications. After taking with [name removed] he said, the people (staff were ok), the food was alright, I not sure participation in activities was high but they were available. I could see the cleanliness my self, I felt very at peace when I left him with interaction with the staff. He made one friend whom they set and talked a lot.
