We toured TerraBella Cramer Mountain. The people seemed really nice, but they looked more like a nursing home, and I knew my loved ones wouldn't like that. It is in a very pretty location. It is also a really pretty outside area. They just had the studios. The staff members who assisted us with the tour were really nice.

The staff at TerraBella Cramer Mountain was friendly. The place was extremely clean and well-organized. It's a great location, and it felt safe. The staff during the tour was wonderful. She's called back, and she knows that when the time is right, I'll be making a decision. She was great, knowledgeable, and answered all questions. They have group activities, a game room, and a room where you can have parties, like birthday parties.

I went to TerraBella Cramer Mountain. I liked it very much. It was beautiful and I would have wanted to have stayed, but it was nearing $5,000 a month. It's very friendly. A lot of eyes watching lovingly and caringly for the person who's there. Not intrusive, just watching. There was a lot to do depending on how you might feel. You were welcome to a place where you could walk on flat cement. You could have your own little garden. They had gardening spots. I just found it really something that I'd lik…

My Aunt, 99 and 1/2 years old moved in and was treated very well. Unfortunately she passed away 2 weeks after moving in so I can't give you long term analysis of this facility. She was treated very well while she was there.
