Overall, Terra Bella is okay. Communication with staff that needs to be communicated with other staff is very slow and could improve. My family member says the food is good, they keep his room clean and he doesn't wish to engage in the activities Terra Bella has for the residents. The is 12x12 with a full bath. I do feel the pricing is a little high.

the staff seems caring and concerned about the patients. Of course, some better than others but I have seen no problems with any staff member. I have not much experience with the activities but my mom is in a great routine and does enjoy the activities they have. The food I have seen is always very good and my mom has gained some weight during her stay. Her room and clothes are always clean as are the common room and the dining room. Positivegrateful for the angels that work at Terra Bella
My wife became very ill at the end of April and was in and out of the hospital for much of May. The director of Terra Bella worked with my wife's case manager from the hospital and was able to have her come back and live at Terra Bella under hospice care. The director and the aids really went out of their way to make the last part of her life as pleasant as possible. I will never forget the kindness and love that was demonstrated for her those last 2 weeks. I am internally grateful to all of them for what they did …
