It was very inviting felt comfortable, wasn't too big and everyone was very engaging. I felt good that my mom felt comfortable. I would definitely recommend Windsor Lake Terra Bella for anyone that has a loved one that still has the ability to be somewhat independent and enjoys all the activities that they provide! We even get their daily activities list sent to us. Location could be a bit better

Wonderful and welcoming community

Wonderful staff, wonderful accommodations, all around fantastic experience. Made my mother feel at home and welcome. She enjoyed her time while she was there. I would definitely recommend to others

TerraBella Windsor Lake was nice. They have a beauty shop, an exercise room, activities, and three meals a day. It was very clean. The staff was very helpful, explained everything, explained how the rates went, the different sides, and showed me different available rooms, like a studio versus a one-bedroom. Some of the showers were still a stepover. They hadn't quite converted every single one over. The bathroom and the main bedroom were all step-in versus stepping over a tub. There's plenty of parking. I toured TerraBella Windsor Lake. The thing that impressed me the most was that you hear laughter, you hear people talking to each other, and you see a group playing a game in one of the rooms. They were just having a wonderful time being together. People were enjoying one another, and that's what I'm looking for, to have that daily contact with people. Terrabella @Winsor Lake is all that you could hope for in a senior living center. After the a tour with the agent, we knew it was the right place for my sister. It is truly everything that you see in the brochure and more. The pictures cannot fully capture the brightly lit and clean smelling facility or the community spirit that is present down every hall. Before moving to TerraBella, my mother in-law had lost herself in trying to take care of others. Being drained emotionally, physically and financially. She is a totally different person now. Enjoying life, enjoying socializing, and enjoying her own space.
