CriticalSome staff great - upper management needs work
I had my parent at Harmony for 4 months and moved them out. Within that time several good staff members left. New managers came and left. The other good staff members stayed but it’s just a handful that really care about the residents. Upper management is more concerned about appearances than staff and residents. Communication between management and family has no follow through. They say one thing and do another. I hope they can get the their priorities straight and hold onto to staff with little turn over to get c…

Everyone, and I mean everyone, is pleasant, friendly, happy, helpful, and fun!! This includes staff and residents. I am so glad I chose Harmony! The facility is always clean without that annoying, headache inducing, medicinal smell. There is a variety of activities that everyone can find something fun and appealing. Thanks, Harmony!

My father moved to Harmony at Columbia, and it is just a matter of them getting the treatment plan and communication between the different shifts together, especially with different team members involved, including the care team and department heads. Everybody has been wonderful so far. When you ask them something, they take care of it for you. They are very helpful and are treating my father nicely, so overall I'm pleased with it.
