There is almost always room for improvement, but when it comes to how they care for their residents, the care is excellent. Every time I see [name removed], she is well cared for, bathed, and her skin is clean and looks healthy. The apartment size is definitely good. It fits a bed, recliner, table, end tables, dresser, and even more. The staff is very personable, and activities are plentiful. The food also tastes very good. If I had to pick areas for improvement, it would be making sure trash bags are placed back…

The staff is excellent. When my mother used to asked by anyone, "How do you like it here?" Her response is,"It's not home, but they take care of me." Knowing that she is being taken care of takes away the worry for me.

The studio apartment was a nice size at 351 square feet. It had a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator and a full bathroom. It was a nice view that overlooked the courtyard. Plenty of closet space. My mother was under Caring Hospice who were fantastic. The floor she was on was the special needs memory unit. The staff at Terraces were phenomenal from the moment you walked in till you left. A great care facility. Nursing staff amazing. Seems to be a problem with activities. Keep hiring and firing people. Food is good. You are served like a restaurant. Clean. Getting ready there for a remodel. Place just changed hands. And I know prices are going up. But I will give it 5 stars.

PositiveWe loved our tour of Terraces. The manager who gave us the tour was very knowledgable about all aspects of the facility. A nurse came to the house to do an evaluation on our mother and my mother really liked the nurse's personality. Hopefully, Mom will be moving in, in the next week or two.
