Terraza Court is a great facility. They have great rooms. The environment of all senior living staff, and everyone else, was very clean and open. It's very inviting. It's definitely one of our top choices upon seeing it. It was one of the better options. It had a well thought out area, and its outdoor seating area was well put together. I have moved into Terraza Court. What I really like best is that the staff and the residents are very friendly and very helpful. They seem to be physically and mentally active, even if they have physical problems. There's a lot of movement here, and that's important to me, to be in a community where people are alert and engaged. They just had a lot of replacing staff and main management so hopefully it's still just as good. Prices are expensive everywhere so that's why I put a 3 but overall I would give them a 4.

Our Experience

My loved one is currently a resident at Terrraza Court Senior Living and the overall experience has been just okay. Their staffing level is low. Also, the facility needs a good cleaning/spot painting. I only recommend Terraza Court Senior Living based on the price, but as always, you get what you pay for.

NO STARS ! HIGH RECOMMEND THAT YOU AVOID THIS PLACE !! I highly recommend you do not put your loved one in this colony of people that don't have no care . They will be pictures included. Stating everything I'll talk about. A lot of guidelines and host protocols numerously be broken on a daily. But that's not everything .... Since the ending of [date removed] to be precise of this year 2024 . Untill now I been observing everything from new management and new employees on a daily basis within those 2 1/2 months …
