CriticalThe Academy and their memory-care facility: very different
The Academy itself—the topic of the stars in my review—is fabulous. However, their memory care facility, which is called the Bella Vista, is not. If your loved one is completely docile, it's a lovely place. If he or she becomes at all unruly, however, the nursing staff reacts by insisting that the family hire personal caregivers—and by calling 911.
