PositiveInitial is they do a great show. I do think they care, i have walked in and seen the same things you see at many other places. Overworked employees that are too few for the number of people. Weekends the smell in memory care is better than most. But honestly, now that my mom has transitioned to memory care. I don't see much difference, this place is just very costly. Personally, I don't see where the money goes. But again, mom is happy for the most part. Like I said they have the show down pat.

CriticalMy mom has been a resident here for about 6 months and I was able to visit her for the first time recently. I found most of the staff during the visit to be very friendly and helpful, however I was greatly concerned to see signs of neglect for my mom. From management, to reception, to nurses and support staff-all have proven to be friendly, compassionate and competent. The facility is clean and is constantly decorated for special events. Lots of activities are available onsite and offsite. And the quality of the meals and snacks are awesome! Seeing our family member joking with the staff and interacting with other residents is so reassuring. We know we made …

PositiveIf you have a love one that needs care, this is the place to let your love one would enjoy. Many activities, wonderful meals, extremely clean, and nice accommodations. The staff front the front desk to the kitchen crew are so nice.

CriticalGood -All of the admin, med techs, nurses and entire staff are great. There are too many to name so I need to commend all of them. -The facility is beautiful and clean. -All who visited my father stated that they had never been to an assisted living facility as nice as this one. -My father’s room was spacious and clean. There was plenty of room to personalize and make it his own. -Cost was very affordable. Everything was included and we hardly had to pay for any extras, just things we wanted to have for our pr…
