The facility was very clean & well decorated. All of the staff were very friendly & quick to help. A very good place to spend your final days. The residents are shown respect & all of their needs met.

The Facility is nice enough but, they are extremely understaffed especially in the Memory Care department. Too many residents and not enough employees to provide the care that they need and deserve. It’s been extremely frustrating trying to get the support that our Dad requires. As of late, the phones have been disconnected for several days and no way to reach the staff. Unsafe for all involved. Look elsewhere.

The property overall is very nice. Couldn't ask for a better staff. They’re awesome! Cleanliness is fine. The rooms are great. The bathroom in her room is real nice. Cannot say anything about the activities because I don't have any experience. The only weak area is their resident portal. It hasn't worked since her arrival the 1st week of June. You do know the property recently changed hands. They now go by The Addison.

I would give the facility a 5+ on each. Activities, cleanliness, again the friendliness of the staff. If you aren't in the dining hall for either breakfast, lunch or dinner they check on you to make sure you are doing OK.

Compared to other facilities, my mother has been in up to this point I give everything a five except for the food and the outside sitting area that is available to them. It's very loud out there next to the AC equipment and there's only two chairs.
