The Arbor is a great place. Ive been in numerous facilities and this one is unique. And it's about the Management & Staff! They are very helpful and they actually care about their residents. That's not typically the case. Most places...it's just a job and to please corporate management. Here they do the right thing! My father-in-law is at The Arbor Assisted Living & Memory Care. The staff is very nice and very helpful. Our interaction with the staff has been really good. The only thing I have to complain about is that there was a problem with this meds. They didn't have a prescription to get a refill. Other than that, it's a very clean facility. They keep track of the residents. The food seems to be OK. It's not a good diabetic food choice, but other than that he likes it when he's having a good day. He…

I toured The Arbor Assisted Living and Memory Care. Their room size was better than the other place I toured. I had some familiarity with this establishment because my father-in-law was there quite a few years ago. The director is the same one who was there about eight years ago when my father-in-law was there. It was clean, it was fine, they have remodeled and added an additional room since then. We visited The Arbor Assisted Living & Memory Care. I think they were very professional, very clean, and excellent. The staff was absolutely the best. They're excellent. The rooms were perfect. They had a kitchenette, a living area, a bedroom, and a large bathroom. They were just perfect little living spaces. I would recommend this place because of the environment. A happy community

The staff are caring and they have been excellent during the pandemic. They schedule facetime visits for us and other families. She loves the food. They offer a variety and it's good southern cooking. We chose this community because it was rated highly, it is very clean, and they had a memory care. Also, she had a lot of friends that already lived there. The residents really seem happy there as well.

Thought this was the perfect place for our loved one. They claimed to be well trained in dealing with people with memory care issues. Sadly, our loved one did not fit in here. They needed more than just being babysat by a television.
