PositiveI found Illahee Hills to be a beautiful 55 and above senior community. Streams of natural light pour into the many common areas. My tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and I loved the way she interacted with the residents we met on the tour. Very clean and well maintained. I saw some of the residents engaged in different activities that are offered.

PositiveGreat place to get away from loneliness.
After the death of my wife I realized the need for a way to interaction with others. That let me to search for a senior community. One of then was The Arbordale. With its variety of unit sizes and closets large enough to store things I wasn't ready to let go of and it's location near my existing house. This made my selection easy. Now 2 1/2 months in I do not regret my decision to move here. It has enough activities and events to meet my needs.

I am very happy at Arbordale! Couples especially need to know that there are a number of couples here and other men. The residents are warm and friendly and we enjoy spending time in different groupings. There are no "assigned seats" as you see in some residences. I m right now in rehab following knee replacement and working to get home.

We toured The Arbordale. All the rooms have been redone. They spend a lot of money on the whole place. The common area and the rooms were excellent and they're big. They're a nice size. We had been there so many times, a kind of a first name basis with them, but anybody we met has always been friendly. They've had a couple of open houses. We've been through just friendly all the way through. It's good food, nothing exceptional.

I like the inside garage best., and I like the dinner meal least. Residents are like family and the Arbordale has personality. Love it here.
