All in all is a very pleasant atmosphere. Weekends are slightly understaffed. Some tenants are cliques and judge and point fingers at others. All is good in food zone. Wish there was a little more one on one activity.

My experience with memory care facilities is that they can vary significantly in the level of care and cleanliness, ranging from adequate to marginal. Unfortunately, some staff members seem to simply be going through the motions, while others genuinely show compassion and concern for the residents. Those who truly care seem to be the exception. After a very hard decision my siblings and I decided to move our mother into Oak Village, the staff were very friendly during our tour. We met the nurse and were able to express our medical concerns and she reassured us that we were making the right decision. We also sat down and spoke with Executive Director, after speaking too her we could tell that she understood our troubles as she also had to make the same decisions for her loved one! We feel like we made the right decision!

I have my Father here and I made the right choice. Great staff and food. I highly recommend as it was one of the toughest decisions for my family. My Dad's room has a great view and huge bathroom and walk in shower.
