My aunt lived at The Blake at Chenal Valley, which is on Rahling Road. It's assisted living, and it's new. It is a spectacular place, the food is good, and the rooms are just phenomenal. The facility is just really grand. They have some independent cottages that have two-car garages. They don't have many independent houses, but their assisted living is just huge. We went to see The Blake at Chenal Valley's memory care and it was excellent. It's new and it was just everything you could want. Everybody we met, including the marketing lady who gave us the tour, was excellent. We walked through the dining room and everybody seemed to be loving the food. I think the place is only two years old so the building itself is beautiful. They had crafts, music, and an area where they watched movies.

Everyone who interacted with myself and my father-in-law were very polite and caring. Always kept us informed of any situation. Facility is very clean and the Memory Care unit is very secure. No worries about wandering away from facility. Studio apartment with bathroom was a good size for my father-in-law. Only downside was they don't go to full assist level of care.
