Nice and clean facility, way too many turnovers in the staff. They weeded out so many wonderful employees and we are praying this stops.

CriticalI have a family member who lives at the Bluffs. They have very high employee turnover and are often inadequately staffed. It is not a safe place. This results in wait times of over an hour when emergency call buttons are pressed. Multiple times, my family member has waited over an hour for help to come. If there is a large-scale emergency, residents will be in serious danger. We have brought these concerns to management multiple times with no resolution and no improvement, often no response to emails and phone call…

I have a family member currently living at The Bluffs. They have extremely high employee turnover and are dangerously understaffed. I have confirmed multiple days per week having only 2 to 3 caregivers for 35 plus residents. My family member has waited over an hour for a response to her emergency call button. If there is a large scale emergency, it could be catastrophic. I have raised serious concerns to management multiple times with no resolution and, even more concerning, no response.

It seemed a little bigger, which was good. I liked that. The location is very nice. It's an extension of where the old hospital was and the building itself, the structure, is very nice and very, very well located. It's essentially almost across the street from where we live. They had a snack bar and there was a kind of a little cafe, not a big restaurant, with few tables and a coffee bar.
