Food is very poor in both quality and presentation. Staff Appears to care less about caring for residents than getting their next paycheck. Overall, the one year that my wife and I have lived here has been the biggest disappointment of our lives.

The Brennity of Melbourne is an excellent place, it has clean, beautiful spacious apartments. Residents and staff are very friendly. There were a few minor things that took a few weeks to iron out. My mom is joining activities and making new friends. She is 96 and lives in the independent building.

My aunt has been a resident of The Brennity at Melbourne for over two years now. Actually, it is a very nice facility. The people seem very caring. If there's any question or concern, they're very open to hearing what we have to say, and then they take care of it. So, we're very happy about that. My aunt seems very happy with the care she receives. The meals are excellent; they're top-notch. It's a very positive experience for her. She has one of the smaller apartments because she is blind.…

Very clean. Staff is friendly and help in person. Its very hard to get anyone to answer the phone at the nurses station though and the resident services director always seems overwhelmed and never responds to my emails. My Moms room is missing the emergency pull cord in her bathroom and she's been there nearly 2 months. Water leaked from her sink and it took over a week to fix it. The floor was slick every day. The room is small but nice and updated. This property is the only one we saw that seemed to be actually …
