PositiveThey are taking excellent care of him, but when it comes to activities they need something that the impaired hearing and impaired sight can do. Based on the experience we have had, we would recommend this community to others.

CriticalI didn't like anything about The Bridge of Farmington. It was very dark and depressing. They need to improve their lighting and provide more outside activities. The staff who toured me around was just a little pushy. Everything was outdated. The courtyard was extremely small and you wouldn't be able to take your dog out there. I don't recall seeing a gym and I don't recall seeing a salon, but it seemed like the place was maintained well. It was located near restaurants and a hospital.

They seemed to only care about closing the sale knowing upfront that they would increase my dad's monthly rate by $500 within the first month. PositiveMy loved one, liked the food, and it was very good. They offered a lot of activities but my loved one did not participate in any. The value for the money was good, but was expensive. They took really good care of my loved one. The satff was very friendly, and compassionate. Overall, it is a really great environment.

PositiveMy mom is staying at The Bridge. They provide all her needs. They take care of her 24/7. Even when she doesn't want to do anything, they try and get her to do physical therapy, but they also give her freedom to choose activities. They schedule appointments. They also do hair. They provide activities that you can take advantage of. The residents have access to transportation. They're able to get out to do the shopping or to pick up things, or they can do it for them.
