I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

I went to visit my in-laws. My husband needed to take my mother-in-law out while my dog was having lunch so I sat in the room which no one seems to ever use. I was reading my book. I was in the room curled up with around my legs when I was told that I couldn’t sit there. They wanted to know my name who I was with and why I was there. They pay over $21,000 and I was told I cannot use that route to sit and I need to move. It was no one in the room except one lady came just five minutes before I had been in there for …

Don’t waste your time putting your family here .If you want them to go down hill it’s not what it looks like when you go on a tour it’s all for show just to get you to move in Much nicer places differently not this one Sadly Rena the ED is lovely she has to follow corporate rules . Run

Memory Care units is the very worst. Dont be fooled by the beautiful flowers and interior decor. It is the horrible staff that make this place a nightmare (with minimal exceptions). If you want your loved ones during their time of need ignored and neglected - then pay a premium and send them here!

I visited this facility

The Bristal Assisted Living at White Plains is a very nice facility. It's very well kept, very well organized, and it's clean. The people seem pretty happy there, and one lady lived to 101 now. I guess she's really happy, and still living there. The staff were pretty good. They're nice, convenient, and cordial. The rooms are very pretty and very spacious. It's bright and airy, and it feels like they have their own little apartment in the room. They have a dining area, another sitting room, …

I visited this facility

I toured The Bristal at White Plains. The place was very nice and very pleasant. It was very well kept and clean. I did have lunch there. It was very good, nice, and hot. The salad was fresh, and there was lots of variety. The staff was very nice, very pleasant, and knowledgeable. The rooms were very nice. I saw the residents in the game room, and it seemed like they were very busy with their games. If the residents wanted to go shopping in town, they had a car service that would take them to tend to their needs. T…

Poor customer service

My mother is currently at The Bristol Assisted of White Plains. A big mistake! I have found staff consistently UNPROFESSIONAL I have been personally in contact with the reception, nursing and case management. Whether I have called or come in person I have encountered poor ATTITUDES! When I have inquired about my mother, not only have I been rushed off the phone but given all the verbal unspoken signs that they don't care and don't want to talk to you. I went to reception once upon arrival from a long drive, I didn'…
