Our family’s experience at this facility has been extremely upsetting. My dad was placed here after because he temporarily needed assistance with everyday tasks while recovering and attending physical therapy. Before surgery, he was independent and able to care for himself. We trusted this facility to provide the basic level of care he needed during recovery, but that trust was broken. The most concerning issue was how often his requests for restroom assistance were ignored. Because of his surgery, he could not saf…

Poor 1 Star Review My mother, was admitted to Broadmoor at Cypress Creek Skilled Nursing Facility on 04/25/2026 from Memorial Hermann The Woodlands for wound care, OT, and PT services. She is diagnosed with incomplete quadriplegia and is fully dependent on staff for hygiene, repositioning, and daily care. Our experience has been extremely disappointing and unacceptable. On 04/28/2026, while visiting my mother before her scheduled doctor’s appointment, a nurse came into the room and asked if she was a new arrival, t…

Facility is very nice and they give you all the right answers when you tour but once your loved one is there you’d better plan on being there every day to supplement the minimal nursing care they get due to staffing. Physical therapy department is great and we like the physician but communication is awful. There is ONE phone number published and that is receptionist. You have to go through that number to reach any department. I have NEVER known a facility that did not have direct number for nurses station , etc. an…

I'V BEEN HERE FOR 2 YEARS IN AUGUST. I AM VERY APPRECIATIVE, AND GRATEFUL FOR THE CARE I RECEIVE HERE AT THE BROADMOOR. I'M TAKEN CARE OF VERY WELL. MY CNAS ARE GREAT! THE NURSES ARE VERY ATTENTIVE. I'M COMFORTABLE HERE AT THE BROADMOOR @ CREEKSIDE FOREST.

The staff (including the administrator) is very non-communicative, failing to return calls & emails. We were left for days without any correspondence. We finally found a nurse practitioner & 2 nurses who truly care. The facility is badly in need of renovation & technical enhancement & a good cleaning.

For the Love of God, Do not send your love one here. I wished I looked at the many reviews first and then I would have never sent my husband to this place. They treated him terrible. On one visit I came just in time into his room to keep him from falling out of his chair. They had him setting up trying to eat and they knew when setting or standing, his blood pressure would drop to a very low stage. They kept his IV in his stomach and would not take it out unless the doctor said. They were giving him the wrong medic…
