My mother already moved to Carlisle Palm Beach, and she loves it. She's doing great. Everything's running smoothly. It's closer to where I live. It's new and very spacious. The people are nice. It's a great place. The staff is very friendly, professional, and caring. They really know how to take care of older people. They have breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The community was beautiful and well-maintained. The meal service and entertainment I felt was a high caliber. The community itself is primarily made up of East Coast, New York retirees and is fairly tight knit. It is not a good fit for a casual Midwestern values person. If they didn't belong to a country club, for example prior to retirement might not be a good fit is a very country club type feel

My mom was in dire straits and their staff did not send her to the hospital. After I took her They didn’t even know she was gone. Places is ok if you are in decent health but if you are fragile Do Not Send anyone there.

CriticalI performed live entertainment at this community on several dates in [date removed] and submitted invoices for payment. Apparently, due to changes in personnel, namely the activities director, and despite extensive follow-up, certified letters, payment has still not been received. Hoping management will address this promptly. I will continue my follow-up and CC the chairman of the board.
