CriticalMy dad was in this facility on August 2025 after being in the hospital. After 2 days in this facility, I met with his care team and demanded that they discharge him. The care was so poor, I told them I was taking him with or without the doctor's approval and regardless of whether Medicare would pay for it. I'd visit the facility in the evening and you could hear call buttons ringing out throughout the facility while the employees stood at the nurses stations talking. My dad had to crawl to the bathroom be…

CriticalMy Mother was moved here from a Hospice Facility in Fort Worth. She was transported on October 23rd and passed away Oct 24thThey wanted payment of $9000 right away. Even though my husband was in the Hospital waiting for an Angioplasty, they insisted on payment that day. I had to call my credit card company for them to approve that amount. After my mom died the next day I called numerous times to get a refund back on my credit card .Susan told me the refund would be done by November 3rd. It has not been refunded as …

CriticalDo not take your loved ones o this facility for rehab. I spent 20 days there to build Strength in my Right leg and basically did very little to gain strength there. I was asked many times if I wanted to go to Rehab and I said yes and waited for them to come get me and they never came. I pushed the call button and numerous times I waited over 1 hor for their response. After 20 days I checked myself v out and was almost given another patients medication to go home with. I went home saying I would do.my own Rehab but …

CriticalHave tried to be patient and hoped care would improve. Majority oof staff simply does not care and they strive to do the minimum possible. Extremely understaffed. Management is problem since they seem to think oral care and baths are not important. Management seems to think they are adequately staffed. Wrong. Patient load for staff is sad. Activities director is pitiful. My Dad with aphasia became upset at a church service and he is now not allowed at activities without a family member. This past weekend the nurse …

PositiveI read the reviews before we came here. I am very happy with the care here. Right after getting here we saw the tv didn’t work. They replaced it the next day. Someone saw the potty had a crack in it. They replaced the whole potty without us telling them about it. They are taking care of my husband well making sure he gets his meds on time every time. Parkinson’s meds on time are vital. He loves the food! The chef is good at cooking meals with flavor. My husband is eating better here than at home. I visit a couple o…

CriticalRooms nice. Staff, terrible, awful, totally incompetent. Management turnover, 4 different managers in a little over a year. That should tell you something.
