The staff here are patient, happy and helpful. I have been visiting and I have only wonderful things to say about the staff in all areas from housekeeping to dining to maintenance and programs. The front desk staff are always attentive and very helpful. I’m so grateful that we found the Chelsea!

They are all 5 except of course we wish is was less expensive. But it is a great place. It is more than just clean. It is a lovely yet comfortable environment which is what we initially thought about it when we initially visited it. My mother (and us)feels very positive about about the facility and staff. It is clean and the staff provides excellent service and care.

After careful consideration, we made the difficult decision to move my mother from our home to a memory care unit in November 2023. We chose The Chelsea at New City (Atria). Our decision was made with the help of the Community Sales Director who guided us through every aspect of the process and continued to keep in touch with us over the past 5 months.
