The intake rep [name removed] was fantastic! The place was clean and seemingly well maintained. I had the chance to speak with some of the care staff there and they were very sweet. But there's nothing like the acid test! We only know when we get into my mother's stay for a while! The first 3 to 4 months tells much information.

The people that I interacted with were very friendly and knowledgeable. I really liked that they have activities all day long.

Things to know

Overall the personal was friendly and helpful. The quality of food was not what many of the residents expected and the selection of food provided was limited. Sometimes the staff would just serve P&J sandwiches if the cook did not show up. Apparently there was a change in management before we signed up and that was reflected in a negative way by many of the residents. As for billing, this area I would rate as a 1! I have been dealing with a refund request that was approved for over 6 weeks and I keep being told it…

Room for improvement

Room size was small. Facility was clean. Activities were poor. Residents are not free to go to a safe outdoor enclosed area. Activity room was small and not enough to handle all residents at one time.

Overall, it was a positive experience, and the care provided was very good. Staff was very friendly.

Apartment size was fine. Did not come equipped with a fridge (or even a mini fridge). I believe it was the only place we toured that did not have a fridge. I was not there (obviously) but she told me the breakfast was often cold (or at least not hot) - I'm sure it must be difficult to serve multiple people and keep the food consistently warm. She also complained that they did not serve coffee (apparently at all - my son said when he picked her up for outside activities, the first thing she asked for was to stop som…

My mom needs memory care. The place doesn’t meet her needs. She will be 92 & is mobile , but she doesn’t remember most if the time where she is. She can’t be in a room alone.
