CriticalDisappointed
I have been very dissatisfied with the care staff concerning my mother from the start. No one has really followed the with a care plan. I've had issues with her laundry, not being washed, sheets not being changed, giving her bath on a regular basis and making sure that she eats her meals despite daily video monitoring. I've had several conversations emails, so my next step is to contact the VP of operations. As of now, I would not recommend this place.

CriticalRoom for improvement
It could be better. my mom needs to be checked on more frequently and changed more often during the day. Also we have had problems with medication for her blood clot but I believe that has been resolved. We have also had to complain about follow up on Dr appointments.

Short staffed which has care givers working double shifts. Not a good situation. Menus sound good on paper. Not that good in memory care. Many of the staff are very caring individuals but are often overwhelmed.
