PositiveOverall, fantastic place! I would place my mom and would have kept her there if we could afford it. [price removed] a month has become way out of our league. Awesome place though.

CriticalI toured the memory care side of The Commons at Union Ranch for my mother. What I liked best was that it was so clean. What I like least is the room size. I saw the common areas, and they are very nice, but to be honest, I would not put my mom in the memory care area. I didn't care for it. The person who gave the tour was very nice and friendly. She helped me and took me to the office beforehand to explain everything about the facility. She's extremely thorough. The lobby area is very nice, and the atmosp…

PositiveWe toured The Commons at Union Ranch. They were very clean and welcoming and had an open space for gathering. There was a courtyard in the memory care area where the patients could go and they could do gardening if they wanted to. It was just kind of an open space, but it was still very secure. Everybody was knowledgeable even the janitors who work in memory care are trained to help redirect patients if they need assistance.
★★★★★
PositiveEverything that I saw at The Commons at Union Ranch looked nice. There was a lot of activity. The facility was bright and cheerful. It looked like a place where there was a lot of interaction between the people, the staff, and the environment. The staff members were knowledgeable, very upfront about fees, informative, friendly, and extremely professional. Everybody presented themselves well. It gives you a good, confident kind of vibe. I got cookies, and it was tasty.
★★★★★
PositiveWe chose The Commons at Union Ranch for Mom, because on top of being one of the more affordable options, they have activities scheduled throughout the day, and when we went to the open house, the food was really great. They have really nice courtyards with landscaping and benches for the residents to sit in. They have a large dining room with coffee and water available throughout the day. They have a daily menu plus specials throughout for each meal. There are lots of places to sit and socialize. In the memory care…

PositiveWe went to The Commons at Union Ranch. The helpers were very friendly. It was clean. It was very nice and modern. We didn't get to taste the food, but we saw a menu. It looked like they had a wide variety of food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And, we got to talk to quite a few different people that were walking through the facility. So, they were all helpful. It was a very nice building, very modern and clean. We saw the two bedrooms. It was very nice. It was adequate for two people. My mother-in-l…
