Apartments are freshly painted with updated floors and carpeting. Friendly and helpful staff. Salespeople were informative, but gave some misinformation . It wasn't made clear until we already decided to make a commitment. Potential residents need to speak to a representative that is a staff member and ask questions. Food is very good. Waitstaff are pleasant. Staff have been kind, receptive, and helpful to requests and concerns.

The Commons on Thornton was very nice, very large, and very open. Andrew was wonderful. He was very helpful. He stayed in touch with me. The dining area was lovely and large. The food was pretty good. There was a theater room and an activity room, and there were some people playing games. They do a lot of activities, and it was one reason I toured it. The gentleman who helped me when I toured was top of the line. He was wonderful, but the care people, the nurse, and whoever they sent to interview my relative never …
