Love the staff, they are friendly and knowledgeable, activities are enjoyable, food depends on who's cooking, cleanliness could be better, apartment is very adequate. What makes it favorable are the people we live with. They make it tolerable and fun!

I would recommend it to others. Hi the community you choose is basically about getting involved with your neighbors and finding connections with them. The food , the care, the mgmt, the cleaning are all equal. How willing are you as a resident to be able to do this is the key.

Very poor experience, I would not recommend anyone to this facility. Too many to name. Start by false statement of food care and management. Basically our family had to be there 24/7. Quality of care terrible all the way around.

My friend is very happy with The Cortland Riverside Gardens. I don't know anything about the food, but everything else is neat, clean and appealing. She has kind of like a kitchenette. When you walk in, there's a place to put a coffee pot and a microwave, and there's a sink there and then there was a big bedroom. The staff was nice. I went there one time when it was COVID and they kept their doors locked and you could not get in, but they were very friendly. They really apologized and they were reall…

She states the food is adequate, but she does not leave the dinner table hungry. Very tired of green beans and chicken. For the most part, the staff seems very friendly. I don't like the fact that I don't get receipts when I pay the bill. She likes it and that's what manners.
