PositiveMy wife and I toured the Cortland looking for a place for our son who is having memory problems. We were told that they did have an opening in the memory part of the place but if he needed to be in the assisted living part he would have to have his name put on a wait list. We returned with our son for him to be evaluated but so far no more info. about what is happening. We did give them after visit reports from his doctors but they wanted more. They were going to approach the doctors themselves but so far no other …

They were ready to take care of any issues we may have had. The food was good and they had lots of activities to participate in, for anyone of any physical or mental level. If us, or them, had any questions or concerns about dad, they were available to talk.

Positive[Name Removed] was very informative and friendly. I especially liked the amount of natural lighting and wide hallways. The residents seemed happy and well cared for. The rooms were a bit smaller than I would like and the apartments had a minimal kitchen (microwave, refridge). I was pleased with my tour and would recommend anyone to take a tour.

PositiveIts a very nice facility. Appears they offer a lot of activities and having their own bus to do offsite trips is a plus. Rooms are adequate size. Price is competitive vs others on the area. We are looking to get on the waitlist for a regular studio.
