Positive4. Her care helpers are not always available when they're scheduled. Activities-good Food- good Assisted care- not always dependable. As of today no one came to help her shower. Housekeeping also did not come.

PositiveThanks to A Place for Mom, I secured a wonderful assisted, living community for my mother starting [date removed]. It's been working out really nicely; everybody was helpful and accommodating during the initial touring of the facility through the move-in. My mother is happy, which really makes me happy. Her recent move to The Court at Palm Aire brought her to my vicinity; it's wonderful to have my mom close by and know that she's happy and well-cared-for thank you, A Place for Mom!

PositiveThe facility and the staff at Palm Aire are excellent in every area. The tenants are mostly older and most have trouble walking. Most have been there 4 or more years. Facility and staff were great. The age of the residents is higher than I expected. The one bedroom is just the right size for one person.

Also, we felt as if her medical care was not completely clear when we steered and now we are paying for nursing on top of fees because she needs help getting on her wheel chair. Very nice place overall but in my experience care for elderly has diminished as has insurance coverage and I fear this will only get worse. People are friendly to my aunt - just not e…
