Service in Dining Room

Once again the service in the dining room was horrible. I sat there for 30 minutes to have my order taken. No one acknowledged me or took my order. I got up and left. This is fairly common service. Maybe servers should start being fired for lousy service.

My husband and I enjoyed meeting [name removed] and touring the facility. Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding with the floor plans available for a one bedroom. The initial person I spoke with at A Place For Mom believed that the one bedroom plan had an en suite. We looked at the floorplans with [name removed] and the en suite is only for the independent living. I am looking at assisted-living for my mom and she definitely needs an en suite bathroom– it is just too far for her to walk in the night through th…

Laid back and jnformal. Not pretentious and a helpful staff.

5 across the board I am very pleased. I enjoy being here. The housekeeping is good and lighting is bright and warm. The staff is helpful with computer problems and other tasks. The physical therapists are helping me recover from shoulder surgery. We get regular visits from hearing specialists . Religious seriousness are available .

Nice facility, some odor. Building needs a little upkeep, especially the patio area in the memory care. Cost is a little lower than the other facilities, but it is older.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you are helped. The activity group organized very fun events all the time. Carey is very helpful and helps everyone in anything they ask her. The mother's day luncheon was fabilious . And the father's day car and cook out was really cool. Great food, the cars was so cool to look at, and staff was quick to clear spots to allow more people to sit down and enjoy the event and their meal. The singer was fantastic. Elvis is one of m…

The facility was very clean, organized. I was very impressed with our time with our guide; very knowledgeable, etc... It is currently our first choice for my parents.
