Staff was very nice and very helpful. They gave my mother a walker to use. The food is excellent! The building is also very nice. It is old, so they are frequently needing to repair or renovate, but they do keep it in good condition.

Great tour and facility. Staff was friendly tour guide was very informative and helpful. Follow up calls and text recieved.

Good and Bad

Positives: the medical staff jumps on it if they think my dad is ill, and the caregivers make my dad feel special. Negatives: food is below average, housekeeping is below average, the director still doesn't return email, things disappear in laundry, dad recently fell due to loose rug at front door. I would recommend to others but add that management is lacking so don't be shy about pushing for what is needed.

The lady guide [name removed] is extremely gracious and detail oriented. We are grateful for your kindness and generous hospitality. Are you considering making the Forum your home? Have you looked at other options? This has been my home for four years. The rent is all inclusive except if you take a trip to an outing that has a fee. You also usually eat on the outing and those costs are yours. There is no fee for the bus. The meals in our dining room are offered at certain hours three times a day. Sunday afternoon we pick up a prepared meal for supper as the dining room is closed. Review for The Forum at Memorial Woods

So far I would say it's been fair. The A/C and heat have been an issue since prior to move in. The staff has been excellent. We have only been here a short time. The floor plan we chose is quite spacious and has a wonderful view. The food/dining has been satisfactory thus far. It is under new management, so we will see what directions things go.
