The nursing staff were always nice. The salesperson was very nice when we signed but cooled down afterwards. Probably the worst was my mom died on [date removed] and we had to have everything out by the [date removed], even though the funeral wasn't until the first. Probably standard business practice but it wasn't good timing.

My experience with your facilities was absolutely remarkable. My husband received top-class care and I always felt welcome to visit and attend any and all activities and events. My husband's condition has greatly improved and has remained great even months after his dismissal. The staff were friendly, resourceful, and hard-working individuals that helped meet my husband's very specific needs and gave me peace of mind.

The management seems to be all about the money rather than the care. Some of the staff was nice, other took advantage of our loved one. Very understaffed, ridiculously long wait times, and very few activities. High priced, poor care.

Never consider this facility for your loved ones. We were looking for an assisted living facility for my mother-in-law. The top one on our list was The Fountains. On our tour, we were charmed. The facility is clean, well designed, and beautiful. My mother-in-law liked the facility, and we did too. The staff were unreliable, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Many times, my mother-in-law was left in the dining room alone for up to one hour. After a recent fall that resulted in a broken hip we were lied to about th…
