activities are very lacking specially, an evening there is none. the staff seems very friendly, but half of them don't know anything. the place he came from all food was included not a point system haven't got the bill for that yet? seems like to have plenty of staff that should be doing something. the place is very clean and new looking. The bar area is excellent.

With a few exceptions, the staff is great. Especially dining room. Mostly 20-35, been here a long time, know everyone by name, and treat us, and we them, like family. We are Independent so I can't speak to care, but from what I've observed it looks good. I,ve heard no complaints. The food is terrific. There are the usual complaints from the usual complainers and there are some things I like better than others, but, for us, the whole dining experience is A+. My Dad goes down to order lunch and dinner almost everyday and every single person that works in that area is very, very kind to my Dad. He loves going to see them. [name removed], at the front desk is always helpful and kind. I enjoy talking to her when I'm there. There is an Alzheimer's Support Group each month and that is very helpful. The woman who does it is great! Love her
