The room was small but fine. It was reasonably clean. I would rate communication with staff at 2. I feel I was lied to about the level of care offered to my husband. Overall I'd say RUN and don't look back.

PositiveGentle and Kind Care
Staff-the staff in the memory care was very nice, especially [name removed]. I believe they provided gentle care. [name removed], the manager was extremely difficult to get in touch with, she didn't respond to phone calls or emails. My mother didn't participate in the activities very much. I think she enjoyed most of the food. The facility was always clean, however, the air freshener was awful. The room size was ok, it was very tight with more than 1 visitor. Overall I would recommend this facility.

All the employees are nice and help mom with a smile. Grandma is always clean and well taken care of. Grandma has attended activities and made friends since she’s moved in. I’m glad we moved her into this community.

Mam and I toured several places before visiting the Gardens. Immediately after we walked out the door she said "this is the place!" and she moves in a couple of weeks later. Since that day the staff has been amazing, making her feel at home and like a part of the family. I don't think she's regretted her decision for even a minute in the 6 or so months she has been there. Of course problems occasionally arise, witch are inevitable in a facility with so much going on. But the staff takes care of things immediately.…

I have been 6 months and have not regretted my decision at all. The staff, from the top down, are a caring, friendly bunch of people who genuinely care for the residents. I have a made good social circle of friends with whom I can share activities. The housekeeping, maintenance, and laundry services are excellent. The facilities include a dinning room, movie room, beauty salon, a small library and a small chapel.

PositiveStaff was friendly and very attentive. The facility for AL was clean, well maintained and inviting. The Activities Room was decorated with resident’s art and craft projects. It was very colorful and inviting. Rooms for residents ere spacious.
