A great place to live

Mom unfortunately passed away last month at the Gardens. They took very good care of her. Everyone was friendly, caring and Mom felt each one was her friend. I would definitely recommend this facility to anybody looking for care for their loved ones.

This facility is beautiful and it was pretty good for my loved one. The staff seemed overworked and took awhile to respond at times. They tried to get things accomplished, they were just really short handed. Getting ahold of the manager was a challenge because she was spread so thin. The Aides did an excellent job. They were great about reminding my loved one when it was meal time and helping him get to the dining room. The food was great, great quality and variety. Very sutitable for my mom. SHe enjoys it there.

The people are very friendly. Communication could be better between the staff and the patient/family. The care is generally good, although they're short-staffed like every place right now, so the wait time for our loved one to receive help is longer than we appreciate. But they do a good job overall.

This is a beautiful place and our guide was very friendly and informative. I really like the fact that it is all on one level and that garages are available. The cost is the drawback and the fact that once a resident is out of money they need to relocate.
