THE APARTMENT IS GOOD SIZE WITH ADEQUATE STORAGE AND EASY TO GET AROUND, ALTHOUGH THE KITCHENS ARE SMALL. THE STAFF IS VERY GOOD AND ALWAYS PLESANT AND ACCOMODATING. tHE FOOD IS HEALTHY AND WELL PRPARED ALTHOUGH A BIT PLAINER THAN MY COOKING.. PORTIONS ARE GOOD SIZE AND LARGER ARE AVAILABLE. tHERE ARE ADEQUATE CHOICES OF APPY, MAIN AND DESERT - AT LEAST 6 OF EACH. THE RESIDENTS ARE OUTGOING AND EASY TO KNOW. I have been an Independent Living resident at the Glenview for 4 years. What is different at the Glenview and the most important thing to me is that it is a Co-op. It is member governed through the Board of Directors and I own my apartment rather than the usual entrance fee CCRC admission process. I would not want to live anywhere else. All the amenities, activities and support promised when I moved in have been delivered. This is a community of caring people - both resident/owners and management. It is absolutely …

The location can’t be beat!!!! It is located in Pelican Bay overlooking the Gulf of Mexico!!!!! It is a small community,118 apartments,with all facilities located in one building!!! The staff is A one…Always willing to help in any way!!! The food is excellent!!!! All in all a wonderful,warm place to spend your final years!!!!

Staff is fabulous. Both my Mom and a dear friend have had long stays in Premier Place rehabbing after hospital stays. Staff couldn't have done more to make sure the rooms were very clean, to everyday care (CNAs were so kind), to Doctors and Nurses who explained procedures and recuperation processes well. My friend loved how the chef cooked the fish and ordered it EVERDAY! Thanks to the Glenview for taking such good care of my loved ones.
