Sadly I am forced to give this dump a star, nothing about this place merits a star My wife would have received better care at an animal shelter Upper management here is disgraceful, uncaring, unfeeling uninterested in patients needs in the slightest If you have a question about your loved one’s care, good luck trying to find someone in management they put the invisible man to shame There really aren’t adjectives yet created to describe just how utterly awful this dump is

I visited my friend last weekend at The Grand and I was SHOCKED to see NO ONE st the Nurses Station and the MEDICINE SUPPLY ROOM DOOR was Wide Open and not “1” Nurse/Aide was to be found. My friend is very pleased with the PT & In House Dialysis’ BUT everything else SUCKS and would not want a DOG st be admitted here. She waited 3 hrs for someone to bring her meds (unacceptable) and all she is told is “we are Short Staffed”. There are just a FEW aides who are very helpful but that’s all….some are very RUDE and c…

CriticalI am/was a resident of this facility
They claim to care about your comfort which some do but it's really all about the $$ for them. The only unit that gets reasonably decent care is unit 200. The residents are given supplies for cleanliness and care. The other units have bare bones. The rooms are decent but small. Some of the staff are caring and others are horrible and don't belong in healthcare especially in a facility like this! The activities department is awesome.

With long term IV medication and the need for P/T and O/T the Grand at Pawling was available. Having received negative feed back, My wife and I made the right decision. Everyone from administration to staff welcomed us with an open bed [date removed].
